Returns and Refunds

We're confident that you'll love your Wintec product, that you won't want to return it. 

In the unlikely event that you would like to make a return, please ensure it is:

  1. Within 30 days of purchase;
  2. Unused with the original ticketing, packaging and saddle covers clean and still attached; and
  3. In the original packaging which must be in the original condition. This includes saddles being well-packed in the foam/cardboard to protect the item in transit.
If your item matches all of these conditions, you can contact us to lodge a return request.

    Even sale or clearance items?

    Absolutely, we want you to be happy! You can return sale items unless the product is marked as "Final sale" (subject to the Australian Consumer Law). We will always let you know if a particular sale or promotion excludes returns.

    Please note, items that are provided for free (such as free mounts or gifts) are not eligible to be refunded or exchanged so please choose your size and colour carefully. 

    How do I return my items?

    1. Contact us and select return from the drop-down menu, and your reason for return, either faulty product or product not as advertised.

    2. Fill in the form with your order details and your reason for return (i.e. faulty or not as described).

    3. One of our team will contact you within business hours (WST) to find out more about your reason for wanting to return your product and determine if it is eligible to be returned. 

    • Should the product be faulty or not as advertised, we will arrange for your product to be returned via a courier (please note, someone will need to be home between 9 am and 5 pm for pick up).
    • Should your return be approved for change-of-mind, you may be responsible to return the product to our warehouse at your cost.
    4. It could take up to a week to reach our Fulfilment Centre, that’s why processing your refund may take up to approx. 15 business days.
